1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of Cibera OSINT, provided by Cibera Security ([legal entity name], [registered address], [company registration number]) ("we").

2. The service

Cibera OSINT provides cyber threat intelligence collected from third-party sources. Intelligence is provided for defensive security purposes and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Claims from social media and dark web sources are unverified unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for verifying information before acting on it.

3. Accounts and organizations

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. Organization owners are responsible for the members they invite and the roles they assign.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Cibera OSINT to target, harass or surveil individuals, to access systems without authorization, to resell or redistribute intelligence except as your plan allows, or to circumvent plan limits or provider restrictions. [Enforcement and reporting procedure.]

5. Subscriptions, payment and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the customer portal, and access continues until the end of the paid period. [Price changes, VAT treatment, failed payments and grace period.] [Consumer right of withdrawal and how it applies to immediate access to the service.] [Refund policy.]

6. Third-party data and licensing

Some intelligence is provided under third-party licences that limit how it may be used, exported or retained. Those limits apply to you and may change.

7. Availability and changes

[Service availability commitments, maintenance and how we notify changes to these terms.]

8. Liability

[Limitation of liability, consistent with mandatory consumer protection law.]

9. Termination and data

[Suspension and termination conditions, data export and deletion after termination.]

10. Governing law

[Governing law and competent courts or dispute resolution.]
